Watched a video where the creator called Napoléon a dictator, and I was taken back as a French, because you cannot do that in France. Napoléon is put on a pedestal, he is untouchable. A nationalist symbol.
And what did I fell on today? A post by some right-wing "history lovers" (nationalists, real historians are all leftists btw) getting mad at a French representative (who has a lot of knowledge about history) talking on twitter about how, one day, we will have and be able to speak about the people Napoléon murdered (Haïti, Spain, ... A ton of civils murdered for not bending down)
Anyway, Napoléon was a dictator, a traitor to the Republic, to the Human Rights, to the Revolution and to France, a racist slaver who brought back slavery, a colonialist who was the first to propose the zionist plan for Palestine, a very terrible man who even tricked and jailed his brother to break his marriage with the woman he loved to force him into a political marriage. A murderer and a pos, and when France stop putting this man on a pedestal, the world will be better.
